WHO WE ARE
BRIDGING THE DISTANCE BETWEEN FAMILIES
VISITLIFT USA was founded with a single, clear purpose: to make it possible for New York City families to visit their incarcerated loved ones without the burden of arranging their own transportation to facilities that can be 6 or more hours away.
We provide coach bus and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter transportation from three convenient NYC pickup locations — Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx — directly to 15 correctional facilities across New York State and the federal system.
Our overnight trips depart every Friday and Saturday night, arriving at facilities between 5:30 and 6:30 AM — just in time for morning visitation. Restroom and meal stops are included both ways, making the journey as comfortable as possible for adults and children alike.
Every trip is a family reunion in the making.

PAYMENT POLICY
RESERVATION & PAYMENT
After submitting your booking form, you will receive a reservation inquiry confirmation. Our team will then prepare your reservation and send a secure payment link to your email.
Important: Payment must be completed within 15 minutes of receiving the email. If payment is not received within this window, the reservation will be automatically voided and your seats released.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay — all processed securely through the link in your email.
